Fire outbreak at Christ Embassy Oregun Powerhouse

There was fire outbreak at Christ Embassy today after the massive generator house at the church premises caught fire following an explosion. Four of the church’s heavy duty electric generators were burnt in the process. The fire was eventually brought under control but not before it had destroyed church property.

A 20 storey building abandoned by the federal government some years back at Abule Odan-Era, a suburb of Lagos state, has been taken over by criminals who rape, rob and sometimes kill their victims.
Residents who spoke to journalist lamented that the activities of criminals in the building have been of great concern to them  as hardly a night passes without them hearing cries of “please don’t kill me” and at times the residents said they wake up to see corpses of unknown persons.

The recent crisis in Kaduna which led to massive loss of life and property has thrown a cleric into unimaginable grief.
Likita Riku, an ECWA pastor in Masankwai village in the Kaura Local Government Area of the state, lost his wife and three children during the attack by unidentified assailants on Friday.

A bus loaded with cartons of 30,000 pieces of live cartridges but concealed with tubers of yam and bags of yam flour was on Tuesday, March 10 been seized by the Nigeria Customs Service.

But the customs officials working along Saki-Ago Are, led by Superintendent of Customs A. Okoi, proved that they were well-trained, as their eagle eyes caught the conveyer of the unwholesome products while the men alleged to be the owners fled on sighting the customs officials.

A pastor of a Baptist Church has been accused of exposing himself indecently to a 15-year-old girl in a department store.
According to reports, the acting pastor of Woodlawn Baptist Church Kentucky , Kevin Lohse was caught on camera “manipulating his zipper, then exposing his penis to the 15-year-old girl.”
Lohse was arrested after a still image was from the video and posted to Facebook, asking the community to identify the male.
